What does at least once mean?
It is the chance to see your selected race one or more times within your total rerolls. The calculator does not care which roll hits first, only whether at least one hit happens.
Why are low rates still risky?
Because each roll is independent. A 1% target does not become easy just because you already missed many times, so this tool helps you set realistic stop points.
